Why is there a setup fee?
Every business handles documents differently. Setup covers workflow discovery, configuration, testing, integration and onboarding.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Your plan can be adjusted as document volume or workflow requirements change.
What happens if I exceed my document allowance?
Additional documents above the monthly allowance are charged at UGX 1,000 per document. Customers are notified before recurring overage charges are applied.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Month-to-month subscription. No long-term contract is required. Customers may cancel before the next billing cycle. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once implementation and configuration work has started.
